Experienced Human Resources Professional, Natalie Greko, joins M Bar C.
Human Resources Administrator, Natalie Greko is one of the newest additions to our always growing team at M Bar C Construction. Natalie will be a powerful addition to our M Bar C crew, assisting managers with recruiting needs, employees with benefit set-ups and other necessary Human Resource tasks. With a degree in Psychology from the California State University of San Marcos and an impressive work history, Natalie brings clear skills, wisdom, and experience to our Human Resources Department.
Natalie relationship with M Bar C is longer standing than just what meets the eye. Natalie started her career in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant for the same CPA firm that M Bar C currently works with; “I have been familiar with M Bar C’s business and growth for over 10 years now.” In 2017 she made the transition to Human Resources at Tri-City Medical Center.
Grisel De Jesus, Director of Labor Relations explained: “Natalie has years of high-level administration as well as Human Resources experience with a focus on Leave of Absences and employee relations. She brings in knowledge, professionalism and fresh ideas for our growing Human Resources department.” Grisel added; “Natalie is so positive and sweet, very eager to help where she can. She is willing and able to jump right in, which is what we need. She brings in a calming attitude! I think everyone will love her!”
Natalie is as equally thrilled to join M Bar C as we are to have her here. Natalie shared; “I’m most excited about joining M Bar C’s culture and values! It is apparent that people are proud to work here, and it shows not only on the field but in the offices as well. I am very excited and proud to have joined the M Bar C family.” Natalie continued: “My favorite part about Human Resources is being a resource to the entire M Bar C team! I want to assist in any way I can to make sure every day here is productive and everyone wants to return the next day.” When Natalie isn’t working at M Bar C, she can be found outdoors; either at the beach, hiking, riding bikes or at the desert.
